Hey my name is James (middle name Xcel) I've been building motorized bikes for 3 years and I live in Ruidoso, NM. The first bike I built was a Kings motors stretch cruiser as a parade bike. It was on the front page of my local paper at the Golden Aspen motorcycle rally out 40,000 people/15,000 motorcycles my peddle bike was the biggest attraction.
I've been on the radio and Xcel Motorbikes is supposed to be in the Fall issue "Oh So Ruidoso" a nice glossy covered mag. Promoting motored biking has become a big part of my life.
Since my first bike was built I knew the bikes were special because its hard to ride without stopping and answering questions and getting my picture in the paper. I have built and sold lots of bikes since then.
My current favorite is a Next dual suspension, Staton Honda powered mountain bike, but I'm installing a Sick shifter kit on my old Kings powered Skyliner so it may be a toss up between the two. I also have two push trailer projects that I will release soon.
Pics of some of my bikes.
