How's my plug look?

Howdy All,
How's my plug look to y'all? I've read a few threads about checking your spark plug so I decided to take mine out and have a look. I've ridden 50 miles so far.

If yer runnin' a synthetic oil - perfect. If yer runnin' a non-synth, then it looks a hair on the lean side...

What's yer mix & type oil? How long have ya run the build? There's a bit of cake around the center electrode that makes me wonder if you ran a heavier mix not that long ago?

It also looks like ya had just a lil bit of a leak around the plug threads?
 
Don't worry about the plug color just yet; The engine's still breaking in, & it's gonna keep changing the more it does. ;)
(You should also tighten those chains... If the pedal chain pops off, you'll have no brakes!!) :(
 
The mix is 24:1 with synthetic oil. I've ridden about 50 miles with no major problems. Engine runs good as far as I can tell.
