Howdi From Scotland!

Hi guys,

My name is William and im from Scotland, i've always been interested in motorized bikes and would love to get a motor and build one. I'm only 14 and was wondering if you need to have a drivers licence to drive one.

yes, check with the local police...they should know any laws or regulations in your area
