Turns out my stock jet was a size between 75 & 80. I'm using the jets I got from dax as my base of measurement and my micro drill bits to gauge them. And I had installed a 65 thinking that my stock one was a 70 cause that's what dax told me so I went by it. I guess I should've checked myself but oh well. I'll install the 70 I have and go from there. Now I know what the stock one really is and where I went and the affect it had. My motor never got hot maybe about 260°f at the plug but it was sputtering a bit at wot like a four stroking sound. It has good power so I know I'm really close to getting the jetting right on.
