How do I mount the chain gaurd?

They said they can't do anything with my bike until Tuesday (dammit). My wheels seemed to wobble a little, and the hours it would take me to do it could probably be fixed by them in less than an hour....

I don't want to mount the engine when the bike is not in 100% working condition.
