How big is too big for a bikes center cavity?

I have to smile at this guy that wants a high end 4-stroke motorized bicycle, we have been discussing the center cavity size to fit a motor so he send me this bike pic to see if IT would be big enough.

Hehehe, you could fit a motorcycle engine in that cavity ;-}

I'd go for stuffing in a small block Chevy. There'd be room left over for a radiator, me thinks.

Hahaha, no clue about size, he sent that pic to me as a joke because he wants a 4-stroke soft tail shifter and all his bike choices have suspension parts or just flat too small a cavity to fit a motor in ;-}
