Hit a bump in road now my engine revive high?

Hello, I dont know how to fix it or is it my idle needs to be turn down? I try to turn it down but it dont helps.

Most likely just a pinched throttle cable.
Unscrew the throttle cab on top the carb, pull the barrel out and work the throttle, you'll find it.

also check that carb is still tight with no air leaks
