high rpms

Check for air leaks on the intake side, carb-to-intake, intake-to-jug. With the motor running(trying to idle) spray some wd-40 in the connection areas, if the rpm's change then you have a leak. That's the first thing I'd check.

edit- also make sure there's enough slack in your throttle cable.
 
well found what the problem is was the throttle cable the end that was in the carb wasnt sitting right so the slide wasnt going down right
