32mph on the flat under gas...20mph under electric..
Very similar to when the bike was trybrid...
so no...not very affected at all....but its flat here in Ventura.

good to know. If I ever finish this bike (and the next one), that's my goal. It's flat here in SE Michigan, too...last time I saw a hill was on vacation.

I'd have to say these bikes are "under geared" like driving around in second all the time....they could use a 1 through 8 configuration..LOL!!!
or a nuvinci CVT for sure.

...Ventura flat???
We used to leave our shop on Palm, cross Main St and blast north up the short block to the stop sign. Sticky wicket with a jockey shift and foot clutch... at the top.

So, have you tried that one?

flat enough for a MB if you wanna go to the cross its a struggle...just shooting up to bernadettes to make the right for the post office is no struggle....so I gotta call ..."pretty flat"
