HF 79cc clutch problem? PLEASE HELP

I have recently built a 79cc bike with the kit from gasbike. I removed the governor and took her out for a couple rides, but then I noticed as soon as I start the bike the back wheel starts spinning immediately. Why is this, I am clueless. Could it be the clutch, do I need a new one? Please help, thank you.

Even when I'm just turning the back wheel you can here engine trying to turn over, so I do not think its a carb problem. Seems like the clutch is just stuck.

Those cheap clutches are junk, research and get a decent one from affordable go karts and be on your way to happy rides
