Hi, I’m from central VA, USA. I just started my first build, I’ve already had to turn the sprocket around the other way after balancing it, got two derailer/ chain tensioners coming for the single speed and the 80cc motor. I tried taking one last link out but it came up short on the motor chain, so I went ahead and got a back up in case I didn’t add the link back in correctly. Been very educational if not frustrating so far, looking forward to my first ride.

I don’t know if anyone is familiar with this model from Amazon but now I know, only go with bike berry. Had to weld a bolt back onto the gas tank, which was so thin it poked two holes, put in screws with rubber grommet washers, put the tank at an angle so I can still fill it 3/4 without worrying about leaks. The electrical diagram is Latin to me, I’ve got green and black striped from the throttle that are supposed to be blue and red according to a YouTube that I assume was an earlier edition of this kit because all the other parts are the same. So if anyone has a fool proof way to hook this thing up I’m all ears, so close to a first run, but looks like I’ll be waiting on derailers a day or two, just a little too much slack for comfort and like I say another link and it’s way too tight, like won’t even turn.

Sorry no one responded to your question, to wire the kill switch hook one wire to the blue wires and the other to the black wires, it doesn’t matter which wire you use on each. Cap the white wire so it won’t ground out.

Thanks Greg. That turned out to be the least of the problems with that build. I’m working on a Micargi Seattle now with a BBR two stroke engine kit. So many things I would have to change, like I got a cassette remover so that I could keep the brakes on the back wheel and just have it be motor driven entirely, broke two piston rings by installing incorrectly, because idk why the engine was sent completely disassembled. Like I know how it goes together but damn, forgot about the alternating openings for the piston rings. I’ll get a fully functioning two stroke bike yet.

Install the piston with the ring locating pins to the rear, they will be on each side of the intake port. That way there's no risk of the ring end hanging in a port.

Yeah there’s that arrow pointing forward, that’s where I thought they went, which defeats both compression and hang ups. Smoke another one Brown.
