help with morini s6e running issues

it has a 12mm dehlloro carb, i believe the idle adjustment is through the throttle cable adjustment, is this true?

do i need to premix gas for it? after looking through the manual it seems to have an oil pump but doesn’t clarify what for.

what gas mixture does it want?

how many turns out is the carb screw supposed to be?

any other general information you know please comment, cannot find much out there for this motor

Your engine is indeed a 2-stroke... I seem to recall that they use 50:1 mix, but I would mix the gas & oil at 32:1to play it safe to start

I'm sure there are Morini forums out there that can help more than here... Google is an excellent source of info.
