Help needed

Fred of CR Machine says that the HALFBREED engine is well ballanced from factory and uses a ZAE-50 connecting rod with a 38mm stroke. Can anyone tell me what name brand engine is he talking about??? Is it the Flying Horse? Or ??
Also if the HALFBREED is a 38mm stroke can I use my GT-5 (Grubee) JUG and Type B Grubee piston on it (halfbreed) .
 
I have emailed him a number of times on his CR Machine web page with no response!
I can't seem to find him here on the forums. I tried to search for him but can't seem to find him or any posts by him.
 
There is only one way to find out, assemble the parts without rings and see if the piston travel is correct, if not correct you can tell right away. The reason for not having the rings is the ease of testing parts.
