Just want to say hello to Motorized Bicycle Engine Kit Forum. I recently bought a Grubee 48cc gas kit and probably took 3 weeks (off-and on) to install the kit. First I had problems with the engine mount, then the spocket and finally the chain tensioner. Everthing seems to be running smooth, but takes a long to time to increase speed. It was a challenge to find spare parts and a cruiser bike to fit the gas engine.

Now I am riding in south Jakarta and the locals probably thinks I am nuts.

Thanks for the warm and friendly welcome GearNut. Actually, I a native San Franciscan and I have been living in S.E. Asian for over 1o years. I am working for international humanitarian organization. I will post photos of my bike shortly.
