Well I know not every motorized bike is a board track, but all board tracks are motorized bicycles so..... Yeap thats what i love , Board track replicas. Therefore thats what i got in to building. I make custom bikes either out of original frames or i cut shop build weld and paint an out of the nowhere bike. Here's an example of a bike i finished in June, the one behind is the one im working on as of now,, soon ill post more pics. Questions and suggestions are welcome. Critics pos and negs too no better way to learn than getting from both sides. Oh by the way I go by PJ.

That's the bike im building right now, ill post pics today in the afternoon. That motor is 100 folds better. Bigger head, valves, kick start, 4speeds manual. Its just amazing and it is still 50cc which as we know makes it completely legal in most states to run without tags etc.

It's a Grubee 4G for the 5/8" shaft Huasheng or GXH Honda motor.
Looks like a 5:1 ratio

Totally right, the ratio i do not remember but the big pulley is a 100t and behind there is a 14t primary to the chain. The one in the chaft i thought it was a 10 0r an 8 i just cant remember. But with a 40T in the rear I get 35mph Top Speeds. And fairly fast, without pedaling at all and i am 190lbs.

So here's the picture of the one im currently building. ALmost everything done by me. It is a vintage female Schwinn frame, that i have customized and made a male. I made the seat, the tank. Now there's some parts that we all know where they come from suich as the handle bars. That i bought from Patt of flyer's they are just simply well done plus i am very willing to accept when someone is just very good at stuff and have no problem of buying products from any of you if it is a great product and looks good. Also the pedal assembly i bought from him. The rear hub i always use the HD grubee. I love the fact that the sprocket is screwed in to the hub. The Sprocket (rear) is a 35T from King's sales (add is in this webpage at the right column). Engine is a 49cc 4 stroke 4speeds manual clutch and gearing, kick start. It gives me more gear ratio range and a more motorcycle feel. Tires are 2.125 x 26" and the front hub is a drum break hub. Ill keep adding more pics later.
