So basically i was taking apart the clutch assembly it won't disengage.. i got the bike almost tore apart the threads behind the nut and lock washer to take the clutch plate gear off wont let me get the puller deep enough to take off . Not sure if the gear puller is somewhat stripped or of threads inside the gear are messed up but it pops out everytime i tried to tighten down on the bolt.

You can use wedges behind the gear and tap on the shaft, screw the nut back on the shaft flush with the end to protect the shaft threads.

With the plate off can you roll the bike? You should see the shaft turning, If so the problem is not with the big gear. If the big gear doesn't turn it's bad anyway, theres probably 80-100 small ball bearings that might have failed.
