Hey everyone. Today I started assembling my 80cc kit on my Trek 830 mountain bike(older V style frame). I tried several times to get the rear 44 tooth sprocket centered to no luck. Can anyone offer some tips/ideas to make the centering process a bit easier? I also test fit the engine onto the frame. The other question I have is it seems the mounting studs the engine came with are roughly a 1/2 inch short to put the bolts on one end of the engine. What size studs could I get to fit into the engine block that are a bit longer and whats the proper gap between threads(I believe its called thread pitch?) Thanks in advance!
