I found this product on the sick bike parts website. it is a muffler for their expansion chamber pipe that is supposed to make it quieter without cutting performance. Has anybody had any experience with these?? I was reading a thread a few weeks ago from a guy who had put a small muffler from a 4 stroke lawnmower? i believe it was that looked almost identical to what this is. my goal is to put together a 2 stroke build that is as quiet as possible. Any tips would be appreciated.
 
I tried the stinger idea on the end of my muffler. I used a street coupler and threaded adapter. 1st attempt was clamped on and blew off. 2nd attempt with small drilled hole and cotter pin. Stinger didn't seem to make a difference.
 
i would say make a glass pack for the end of it i got a expansion off ebay for a pocket bike and it came with a glass pack on the end it is actually quieter and faster than the stock muffler
