Handle bar vibration

So I've had this bike for almost a year and this has always bothered me, BTW it's a 48cc 2 stroke Grube Skyhawk on a Schwinn Searcher just in case you were wondering. It's hard mounted, as-in no rubber or anything in the engine mounts. All is well, I check it regularly and nothing is ever loose, but after a 20 minute ride my hands tingle from the vibration. What can be done about that? I was wondering about some super cushy grips to absorb the vibration. Is there anything out there like that?

Couple of things:

1. Thick foam grips already mentioned
2. Fill handlebar with leadshot...the extra mass dampens the vibrations
3. Live with it,soon after hands tingle they go numb and you won't feel the vibes anymore ;-)

Some engines just vibrate more than others. I vote for the lead shot, or make your own "bar snake".
