Where can I buy a hand opperated clutch?
You could clarify a bit....all the in frame engines are hand clutch.
Or do you mean the lever? You can use a bike brake lever for that.
The motor I have has a cintrifical (sp) clutch and I want a hand opperated one. A good friend lets me use his machine shop, so once I get the clutch, I'll be able to adapt it to my needs.
What kind of kit do you have? Can you post a photo of the clutch side? Do they use the dry clutch area for the centrifugal clutch?
I'm getting really kookie with this bike i'm building. I'll probably be machining my own gear box. I have an idea for an innovative clutch system, but it would be costly to make. If i can meld an already existing clutch into my design, then I'm ahead of the game. You can see in my VERY preliminary model that everything is quite tight.
The frame of the bike that is in the other picture will be swapped out for the new motorized frame.
