After you remove the chain, I would put the deraileur and the rear wheel back on first...before the chain.

It will be easier to see what's going on this way.

did and done but chain dont connec to thy wheel

thats cause the chain goes under that sprocket, not over it. take the wheel off and when you put the wheel back on,place chain under sprocket and wheel on top of chain.
