Finally done, the all belt drive is smooth and no noise. need to do some work on head light to get it to angle down.having some issue with fuel delivery i think the vent in cap is not working it will quit running then i will loosen cap and it runs fine .This is my first 4 stroke and i really like it i am hooked

Put a tachometer on yesterday it tops out at 24 mph at 6900rpm it will cruise at 20mph at 5300rpm
