This is a massive kit. It comes with a Sick Bike Parts 4 stroke shift kit w/ White Industries HD Heavy Duty freewheel & extra parts. Also included is a Grubee 4g 80t t belt transmission / gearbox / gear reduction with solid 9t final drive cog, and with the upgraded cover mounts.
The Grubee transmission is a 4G 1A model, but without a freewheel, both the 80t tbelt cog and the 9t output cog are solid & neither have a freewheel.
This is essentially a motorized bicycle kit or a 4 stroke motorized bicycle kit, shift kit. Convert your bicycle into a gas bike, moped, or gas scooter.
New never used Generator from Bike Berry that fits the 49cc Huasheng 4 stroke honda clone motor & I believe it also fits the 53cc motor.
The 80t Grubee 4g transmission w 9t solid output cog. This transmission and the shift kit were never used because I didn't finish the build, originally because I couldn't get the offset intake manifold and NT carb to fit the bike frame, then I had to start taking care of my dad who had dementia, so I couldn't finish it. The output cog on the 4G tranny and the cogs for the shift kit may have been installed on another shifter bike build for a short time, but it wasn't long.
The shift kit was mounted to a Nirve Smoking Loon Cruiser, so you know what frame size it was purchased for.
The shift kit Jack shaft has 17t cog on the transmission side, and a 9t 410 narrow cog on the drive side of the jack shaft that runs to the 1st chainring (also includes an additional 11t 410 wide cog that can be swapped with the 9t 410 narrow cog on the drive side of the jack shaft)
Comes with 4 Shift kit Chainrings - 48t, 44t, 40t, 32t
I have additional hardware that's not in the pictures that will ship with it, I just don't have pictures of it.
2 x N-GEAR Jump Stop chain guides, unused. One is for 1 & 1/8 inch (28.6mm) frame tubes, the Second is for 1 & 1/4 inch (31.8mm) frame tubes

New Bash guards, I believe they work for chainrings 44t and smaller but refer to pictures for exact size chainrings the bash guards / chain ring guards work for.
Extra long chainring bolts / nuts & chainring bolt spacers(pictured, however I have to split them up between this kit and another kit I'm selling separately). There will be 5 extra long chainring bolt/nut. Also there will be atleast 10 spacers that are 0.5mm thick, 5 that are 5mm thick, and the rest are between 1mm to 2mm thick. These make it far easier to connect and space your chainrings on the freewheel.
Original New never used Sick Bike Parts square taper Crank arms with built in freewheel adapter.
Extra freewheel adapter purchased from Staton
Extra 5 hole freewheel, don't know the brand, Chinese
Staton upgraded clutch for 49cc Huasheng motor with their custom springs tuned especially for these motors.
