Genisis onyx 29er springer fork

I still like the looks of that fork on your bike Ratt.
Can you tell me where you got it?
The handling issue, is it just hard to turn, or does it pull or wobble?
 
I have the Genesis GX7 that I would love to motorize this spring. I have considered building a springer using the existing fork and another fork. I work at Napa,so the springs wouldn't be hard to find. I thought about trying to rake the brame a bit, but I have never really welded aluminum before. Thouuuugh I DO know a few guys who can! :D Would any of you risk changing the frame like that?
