Fuel Leak ?

Trying to figure out where fuel leak is.
I've checked bowl screws, manifold bolts, clamp bolt from carb.
Cleaned up and still fuel in location pictured.

Any ideas, thanks

back fins of cylinder look wet - maybe a leaky tank?
