From TERD to TREASURE

I found a treasure map to make this terd into a dream come true.
Notice the black outline is a guide i use to cut.
This thing is gonna rock.

Check out the pic before and see how much nicer it is now.
Mirrior finish...thoose shadows arent imperfections there reflections from light.

I can't wait to get this on my bike.
Still gotta do the intake.

Are you using a pneumatic grinder or an electric one?
I'm going to make a reed valve intake and may do a little porting
while I'm at it.

I use a dremel and files and sandpaper and about 3 days worth of time.

Rich...Did you raise the exhaust port at all in the cylinder? The way you marked it, I'm not sure what you did.....Looking forward to see what you did to the intake and transfer ports.

I definatly didn't cut all the way to the marker.
Just a way to have a good reference when cutting.

I did alot of work to thius Jug.
