on second glance it looks more similar to the old russian engines than the modern chinese engines do. I want one!

EDIT: also looks to be case induced and looks to sit in a more vertical position than normal.

I'm not too sure about the engine but reading the text of the product description I think we've found the guy who writes the kit instructions.
