As far as I'm concerned the same age as a learners permit. Here in Alabama it's 15 for a MB. Although we don't need a DL for any MB 150cc or less. MB's are not really toys (they are for me at my age), and not a good mix on the roads. One NICE thing about MB's that's GREAT...it's almost impossible to TWR (text while riding). much less talking on a cell phone.
