I figured out how to do this so here are the pictures of my design for a floating caliper mount for monark style forks. my old one worked but it pitched the front end up when I hit the brakes. this doesn't affect suspension at all.

Where did you get the sharp pointy nuts on the left side? I would keep an eye on that brake! Looks like you did a neat job though!

Those are chrome spike nut caps. you can get them here.

I took them off the brake side for the pictures. I'm going to replace that top tie rod with heim joints. I think there stronger. those nut caps dont come in metric but there indents in between the nut pattern and a quik touch with a dremel makes them fit there.tell him what your putting them on and he will send you what you need.
