First time building 4 stroke 49cc any advise?

Hay all so i decided to build a 4 stroke FINALLY! Have experince with 2 smokers but havent touched one in 2 years...

Anyways i am building a 4 stroke. I have picked the 26inch hyper cruiser as my base (( had a 3 piece crank and is a solid build so changing out cranks wont be an issue))

i am getting a cheaper 4 stroke and plan to upgrade transmission later. I need some tips for these things sense i have dabbled with 2 strokes but not 4.

Any advise will help such as mounting or upgrades if any will help.....hope to hear from you guys soon!

I would like to hear some advice on this aswell. The build Im doing currently is built around a 49cc stroke.
From what I hear they have good Low end power and can run for longer because of the oil resivor.
For upgrades I know there's not to much in the way of bolt ons just exhaust and tuning in the carb. The rest are all major engine mods like new valve springs, different timin, and light weight flywheel

My advice on the 49cc 4-strokes is to get the 7G Ghost racer kit from Gasbike... I really like the transmission that comes in their kit!

As far as upgrades... Gasbike also sells a 2-stroke NT carb & billet malifold kit to install on the 49cc... (you will need to jet the NT carb a little richer)

It’s a piece of junk... 49cc and “low end” don’t go in the same sentence... spend a little more and build a 79cc. Why build a motorized bike 4 stroke POS bike that only tops out at 27mph when you could get a nice lightweight road bike that you can pedal that speed? Or even get an entry level electric? Smdh

So I can legally ride it around without being harassed by local police, also I want it as a peddle assist not as a full blown motorbike.

I can understand that. Have you considered building an electric? They can be skinnier around the pedal area, very reliable, you can go with pedal assist sensors so you don’t have to Lee your hand on the throttle. and you might go two years without getting harassed. On my 212er I was harassed at least once a month by police, and also every ride by annoying citizens. In 3 months on an ebike that looks like a motorcycle I haven’t yet been pulled over once!
