What a blast! So much fun! No one got hurt, no problems with da po-po, but damn... did I pick a wrong time to stop drink'n! Jenny and I are hooked! Can't wait for the next one. Big ups guys! Jason

Awesome ride!!! Once again, great people, cool bikes and a very cool route. Thanks Rock for throwing in "the bridge" section in the route..shft.

with all those bikes, i think we added another few thousand pounds of smog to that beautiful LA air. hours later, there's people at the golf course wondering why it smells like the gardeners have been there all day.:)

the ride was awesome. a mob scene taking over the traffic lanes, cutting off buses, freaking out traffic, and the cops did nothing but smile and wave.

passing that group of 50 rice rocketeers going the other way was pretty cool, too.

i gotta thank Maxvision for the ride, again. i really appreciate it, man.

Hey I finally got to sit and start putting some pic's up.Here's my take on the ride, 21 bikes, 24 riders,a few new friends, the socal mb chapter is growing and diverse and on a gorgeous day with 78f and clear skies light L.A. traffic we met at a little patio cafe in Los Feliz, after shaking a lot of hands and a few repairs we headed out, I stayed to the rear just ahead of the chase vehicle (Seans mom Sharon, thank you so much) it was quite a view and pretty cool (no names here) before the mid way stop at the park we had one broken clutch cable two that needed fuel and two riders that went astray, we called them on the phone and rounded them up and after more stories and intros we headed up the Arroyo Ravine on a tree covered lane we ended up on the so. side of "Suicide Bridge" and we headed north and into Eagle Rock.On this leg one bikes peddle fell off, " c" wrench and on the road again. The pack stopped at a joint called "The Bucket" At this point it got interesting. Myself and two guys went to "Jacks" for some cheep burgers and when we came back helped out with some repairs and we were on our way. Some guys split off at this point but the pack made it to the starting point all accounted for.All and all it was a blast and no one got hurt or went to jail. Larry and I still had a 10 mile home, I logged 41 miles on this ride total. Thanks Rockvoice for a great adventure. Later Bob

Awesome video, Thanks Tony, Tena and Athena glad you made it. Also special thanks to MAXVISION for coming all the way from San Diego (and for picking up Bairdco along the way) and thanks to everyone that came out and made this a rockin event .

Hey Bro, great time yesterday. What was the name of that full synthetic two stroke oil you are using again? Oh ya, I can confirm you were doin a true 45MPH + cuz my stretch speedster does a handsome 35MPH and you were flyin by me! I guess I got the Silver Medal, hahahaha

c'mon, that's not the only reason. if you guys rode it, it'd go almost as fast (wind resistance ;),) it'd just take you longer to get there.

and it's a 24". shouldn't that make it slower?

i dunno, maybe i'm doing something wrong...

longhair, it's Interlube International, Manufacturers of premium Opti oils, Opti-2 and Opti-4

i run it at 100:1. no smoke, no smell.

you guys gotta build some faster bikes if i have an Orange County beach ride. those spandex road bike guys will blow you all away...;)
I may have to order some of this stuff.

In regards to spandex guys, I wouldn't worry about them. They can be faster, but at least I'm not wearing them spandex bottomsdance1

Besides, I think it's a little more fun and enjoyable to cruise. However, it would be interesting to set up a cannon ball run :)

the next bike i'm building, as soon as the guy drops it off this week is late 1920's 20" bike. by all the backwards reasoning going on, it should do 60 mph.

or maybe, i'll put a 60 tooth on it and ride wheelies and do backflips on it...

(edit) is it just a weird foto, or is the coaster brake arm on the same side as the sprocket? i can't wait to get this thing...
