first build BL 100 help

hey i love that there is this whole community of people who make these awesome creations of art, using old bike, saving gas, and bring back the feel of how big of the deal the motor is.

i craigslist n bought a BL 100/150 bolen MTD. has choke which in stoked about cuz i heard its good.

basically i want it on a bmx bike but really dont matter. i need help with exactly what to sdo with the motor. how to get it so i dont have to pull start anymore, or how to fix after taking apart the trimmer section. and how to get the sprocket there, just a weld?

I am not trying to be rude but from your questions you may be attempting something that will be outside your skill set.

There are alot of u-tube videos where people have shared what they did to build an MB out of yard tool engines. Davids Farm comes to mind.
There really is not one tried and true method to doing it. You gotta figure it out as you go along, with guidance learned from how others have rigged it to fit.
