Im really liking your copper exhaust tubing. Excelent idea! Nothing better than when people think outsid the box or all togather without a box! Very cool ride! havnt seen the chain tensioner mounted from above before. Hows that working?

Thanks. It was a friends idea but I confirmed it could be done somewhere on this site. I need to make some kind of heat resistant washers for the threaded connections between the header and muffler. Especially with the rich mix I'm running right now its dripping oil at those connections.

Also so far so good on the tensioner. I tried running without it, chain was pretty tight but chain kept on popping.

Always thought the Chief would make good motorized bike, good choice. Bike and pics look great, good job on build. Esp like the copper tubing idea and mounting the chain tensioner on top. How she ride?
