Figure 8 clamps

It is indeed for my current build. It will be a faux oil pump which will actually be used as a crank case breather. I found a couple of clamps that might work, should have them next week sometime. Build has been put on hold as my machinist friend has my crankshaft adaptor and clutch at his shop. Unfortunately he’s been immobilized due to an infected knee, requiring surgery to remove his artificial knee and installed a temp one that he can’t stand on . He’s home from the hospital, but can’t get out to his shop and will be going back in on the 22nd to replace the knee again. Then more recovery and PT. Hope to get my parts by Christmas.

Ob, give me a dimensional sketch and material spec. and I likely can make it for you. a breather can tarted up to look like a lube pump?
You could have thought it up sooner, and I would have adapted it to my Flyer build.
Are you recirculating crankcase gasses back into the intake?

Just going to vent it out the top of the pump into the atmosphere. I don’t expect a lot of blow by or oil escaping, but if oil does go into the bottom of the faux pump it should drain back into the crankcase.
