engine sputters, hard to turn over

Hey everyone im having sort of the same problem. My engine turns over with a little difficulty but when I twist the throttle, it doesnt accelerate at all. I have the same engine. 80cc china motor

Have you read through the first part of this thread and tried what was suggested to the original poster (OP) ?
There is a lot of good advice on the first page.

Post from a few years ago but I'll reply for anyone else w the same problem, turn over issues no idea i'd read the first page, but throttle not giving power sounds like it may be the needle in the carb.
