Engine sprocket stuck

I was replacing a rusty chain on my bike today and when i tried to turn the engine over, the sprocket would not move at all. Even with spark plug removed and clutch fully depressed. I’m guessing the chain is stuck behind the cover, so how can I remove it?

3 bolts---pull the cover.

Just tried that but the Allen wrench is not getting any grip on the top right screw; its stripped i belive. Any idea how to get it out?

Maybe one of these? Get some Allen Bits too.
