Engine not disengaging?

Ok I hook up my RAW 66cc/80cc motor today,Everthing looks great!!

Except when i try to disengage via pulling the clutch lever my piston still cranks.......Is this normal...could my clutch be frozen from sitting in box forever??
Anyone have this situation before?

I followed KC's directions and not only solved the problem but discovered another, easier, way to adjust the clutch cable

Could be cable stretch, I had that problem, SCARY. Just try re-tightening the cable

I followed the instructions on cable clutch adjustment,Awsome!! info worked great just had to free it up like it shows in picture "minus the grease on pads".
