The process is Hammer angle grinder and a file. First I tapped each fin with the hammer.They will break of in different lengths.next got a fins ground real close with the angle grinder.Then the last step..Start the motor and as it is idling place the file/hand against a spot on the bike where you can keep it steady and even ...waala! Its pretty easy

SEXY and daring! I like it! Where did you find the pull starter thingy? And, is that a cap of some sort to cover the vestages of the fins?

That pull start is just the part a regular pull starter catches. Not sure what it is off of.A local guy has a small engine shop and he has them.

I'm scared to weigh it..its a tank. The works man wheels alone as you know weigh a lot. The frame was built for motorizing so it is heavy too. Put it this way Icould barely get it out if the basement this spring. Ive been curious about the lbs.I might put a bigger motor like a Tecm. 6 or 7 HP.
