I would have either made her pay for my bike, or broken all her windows and beat the shi... I mean exhaust out of her car. If somebody ever hits me with there car and no serious damage is done, I will say "$100 and you'll never see me again. I memorized your license plate and I'm good at faking injuries!"
I wonder what happened, was it like "your bike is broke, deal with it" or he was compensated.
