It is a piece of steel bar a spring and a idler wheel...pretty simple to make yourself.I don't care for his builds... a 49cc with original airfilter,Stage III grubbee with a off the shelf tank for $3,500.Sorry to rant on your post...you have many better options

I asked them how much shipping would be to Europe and that was another 1000.
