clutch ?

i believe i have the clutch ajusted right. how ever when im riding my bike normal with out the engine runningbrnotbrnotbrnot there is quite a bit of resistance when pedaling..is this normal?
 
You will always feel a bit of drag pedaling the bike with the engine off and the clutch pulled in to the dis-engaged position. It cannot be helped considering the extra drag caused by fact that you are turning an extra chain as well as the internal drag of the engine. Under pedal power, there are still parts whirling around inside the engine even with the clutch dis-engaged.
