Clutch slips at start ?

Hi guys, i have a trouble with my 2nd build. It looks like the clutch slips when i engage it for starting. I removed the clutch cover to see the gears and it tooks like 1 or 2 seconds before the crankshaft gear begin to turn. The engine starts at first pop without problem... I've try some adjustment using Norm's tutorial without success, if anyone has an advice it may help...

Make sure the clutch cable isn't too tight... Then if it still slips?, tighten the flower nut 1 or 2 clicks.

Thanks for your reply. The fact is that the clutch won't slip when i ride the bike, i can climb hill without any slipping. It's only at start, if i go fast when i engage the clutch it will slip but if i engage it at low speed i'm able to start the engine without too much slipping.

Sounds easy to fix... Follow the instructions I listed above.

Yup, i'll make sure my cable is not too tight but the flower nut is already tighten 2 clicks. As i said in my first post i've already read norm's clutch tutorials, maybe i miss something there... Anyway thanks for the advices, i'll work on this tomorow since it's raining right now.
