clutch rod bearing

How do I remove the bearing to replace on a new rod for the clutch on a 2 stroke 48cc engine?

If you're talking about the ball bearing that goes in before the bucking bar, a magnet small enough to fit into the bore of the drive sprocket will work. Sometimes that bearing is stuck in grease and needs a little help. It should come out easily.
If a magnet doesn't drag it out you might try spraying some degreaser into the hole first to loosen things up.

The crank shaft bearing is what I need removed from the shaft. I have it out of the casing.

Tap it off gently. Damaging the shaft will make it harder to remove.
I also use a small two jaw puller for stubborn bearings.
