Clutch Plate Falling OFF! Threads look Mismatched.

After a week I had forgotten that the chain cover partially compresses the
pin in.

It's not supposed to.

some do, some don't - depends on how the factory adjusted the inner spring

If you really understood how the entire shaft is assembled, you'd know how ridiculous that statement is.

The Bucky Bar did not go in at first at all. I had to put on the cover and force it in with the screws. Then it seated in the customary place. For whatever reason it did not go back in easily. I can't explain why. I did go back in, and loosen the spring up, perhaps i did have it screwed in too far. The drill holes were not at perfectly the same place on each of the inner shafts.

As of now the clutch is working fine!!!

Some of my posts were made while I was covered in sweat, prolly having heatstroke and low blood sugar to boot. Not the most intelligent at those times.

Like I said before, the old inner post had a drill hole that was oval. So the pin had
some free play travel. What made the Bucky bar so hard to get back in, dunno.

Perhaps know it all Jeckler the Jester can tell us....
