Hello, I got the 80cc Seeutek China girl kit and have had it run successfully, until it tore spokes off the street bike I had it on. I’ve put it on a huffy nel lusso, and now I can’t for the life of me get the clutch to disengage, which means unless I’m at the peak of a steep hill starting is almost impossible. I’ve tried every conceivable tightness for the cable, check the pictures and please tell me if I’m missing a piece. The arm that rotates is half cylindrical half flat, when I install it the flat face is to the sprocket and the arm is fully extended parallel to the sprocket, as in no tension on the spring. When I have the spring fairly tight the clutch lever will lock and last bike and that would send it rolling freely independent of the big chain and sprocket. The chain has a tensioner but has a half inch of play. It is not hitting the frame or the engine anywhere. But no matter whether the clutch is locked out or not the wheel will move in little putt putt steps and I can hear the cylinder move up and down. Please help, as much time as I have sunk in diagnosing problems I have three minutes of ride time, which has me wanting to say F it and get a 7 speed.
