Clutch hosting doesn't fit

Hello,
I got my 66cc China girl of eBay today. When I assembled it the rod in the sprocket housing sticks out very far to the extent I cannot close the housing. This occurred after I rotated the sprocket to fit the chain and now I cannot close the housing. There is a small ball bearing inside the rod housing but it won't budge. I've tried to remove the sprocket and fiddle but I cannot seem to correct this. Any help would be appreciated

I have fixed the issue. My flower nut wasn't screwed on tight enough
