HA. It is the most simple stupid carb I have ever seen... On the good side, it is nice and simple and usually works. On the bad side, it is to simple, and for people who are good with 2-stroke engines, can't be made to work well enough.
My old outboard has something like 5 screws on it for fine tuning. Not to mention a lever to fine tune the spark timing. Great little engine...

Needle clip is 2 from top on a 5 position. I could try the top most position. But then it's on to the jet mods. Where to get those direct fit replacement jets? I'd rather buy a selection than solder/drill.

I live at 5000+ft mean sea level elevation. So as we approach 90+ degrees F. the pressure altitude will go over 7000ft msl.
