Chain Tensioner

Anybody seen a chain tensioner like this?

That's sweet looking! Definitely unique, how is it mounted to the engine? Extra plate under the cover? Does it clamp onto the downtube as well? What does it look like from the other side?

I have been trying to figure out a way to make this since i got my stock pos tensioner. Any one got plans?

You can see the phillips head screw hold down one end of the spring for the tensioner....looks like he's got a rub block mounted low on the seat tube as well. Some nice fabbed parts on there.
