Regular motor oil is fine. Sometimes when I'm lazy I use wd40. Got about 3000mi on my max torque auto clutch with the stock bushing.

What kind of oil? Light weight, heavy?
The bushing is made from Oilite.

Oilite
is a porous bronze or iron alloy commonly impregnated with an oil lubricant and used as bearings.

Oilite is formed using powder metallurgy so that tiny pores are present in the metal.
The pores are then vacuum impregnated with an oil to improve the materials bearing ability.[3]

The material holds approximately 20% oil by volume.
The most common lubricant is SAE 30 oil.

It's good to soak it in some oil when you can, but even just oiling will prolong the life.
