CDI Question

Hey, I just purchased and received a new "performance" CDI and secondary coil. It looks almost identical to what I already have. How do I know If these parts are any different or "better" than what I already have?

Sadly they all are performance and the fat boy or oz magneto and there's a stronger magnet also it depends where you got it and what you actually got but basically the aftermarket are better than the kit and you can screw on an automotive wire and boot to make them all better
